Industrial Chemistry & Management offers M.Sc. course which is an inter-disciplinary course blending both Chemistry and Management Science. Industrial Chemistry and Management applies principles of chemistry in the large-scale manufacture of different elements and compounds and also extraction of metals. Because of the diversity and complexity of chemical processing, a broad study gives a powerful approach of wide usefulness in designing new manufacturing process. This course also includes management related subjects like HR, Marketing, and Finance, which can be applied to the industry. This prestigious industry oriented course is offered at PG level with well-equipped laboratory and library facilities.

New plastics, synthetic fibers, rocket fuels, radioactive isotopes used in diagnosis of diseases, fertilizers, synthetic protein foods etc., have revolutionized the modern living and hold out hope of a fabulous future. These are gifts of Chemistry. The knowledge of chemistry has grown so vast and the field has become so wide and complex. No other science today is so broad in its scope as chemistry. This branch of chemistry (Organic, Inorganic and Physical) is offered at PG level with well-established laboratory facilities.
Biochemistry is an interdisciplinary program that focuses on the chemistry of living systems. It is a discipline in which biological phenomenon are analysed in terms of chemistry. Biochemistry operates at molecular level and brings into light the hidden secrets of life. It is a common major for Pre-Medical students in that it streamlines the common required course to qualify for any paramedical course.
Biochemistry is an essential part of Life Science or Bioscience. In the next few decades, Life science is going to come in a big way. It will bring in enormous changes in the way we live, get medical care and take medicines. Prospects of newer ways of medical care, newer biological and healthcare products are plenty.
