I started the Vaels Educational Trust in 1992, in fond memory of my beloved father Thiru. Isari Velan, to broad base education, so as to achieve social justice, by eliminating disparities and equalising educational opportunities for those deprived of equality so far. I started on a low key with Vel's College of Pharmacy, and today, Vels University offers an array of courses across ten Schools of Study, for over 7000 students. We provide job oriented courses in all sectors of our University. I am indeed proud to state that we offer education from Pre-KG to Ph.D. levels. |
